BGL is seeking an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Administration Officer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering excellent service while working collaboratively within a supportive administrative team.
About the RoleIn this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support across daily operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Triaging, prioritising, and dispatching work orders to tradespeople to ensure KPI targets are met
Liaising effectively with clients, tradespeople, and internal team members
Answering incoming calls and handling general office enquiries
Scheduling and coordinating appointments
Participating in a rotational after-hours on-call phone roster
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office systems
Previous experience working with Department of Housing contracts will be highly regarded but is not essential.
