HR Business Partner

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to be a key partner for small to medium-sized businesses? We're a boutique HR consulting agency in the Penrith area, and we act as the internal HR function for our clients, meaning no two days are the same. We are looking for a HR BP who is commercially minded, has strong attention to detail, and possesses exceptional communication skills.

What You'll Do

As a HR BP, you will provide high-level operational support and strategic HR advice across all aspects of the HR function. Your core activities will include but are not limited to:

• Acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent retention, and workforce planning.

• Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations and ensuring compliance with Fair Work legislation.

• Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, supported by our transactional team, and developing high-quality onboarding programs.

• Supporting the implementation of employee engagement surveys and associated action planning.

• Assisting in the development and review of HR policies and procedures.

• Contributing to strategic HR projects that drive process efficiencies and enhance the employee and client experience.

About You

You are a hands-on, solutions-focused professional with at least 3 years of HR partnering experience. You have a solid background in interpreting and applying Employee Relations policies and Industrial Relations frameworks.
