About the Role
As our Dispatcher, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients — managing the entire customer journey from the initial phone call to job completion. You’ll handle booking jobs, coordinating technician schedules, and keeping clients informed every step of the way to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage inbound calls with a friendly, professional attitude
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently across multiple locations
Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide job updates and confirm appointments
Manage the daily job schedule to ensure smooth workflow and prompt service delivery
Record job notes accurately and assist with customer follow-ups
Support the wider admin team with general office tasks and customer coordination
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience working with customers or clients (trade or service industry preferred)
Is friendly, confident, and professional on the phone — a true people person
Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Has strong communication and organisational skills
Is committed to delivering five-star customer service every time
Enjoys being part of a supportive team and takes pride in their work
Wants to be rewarded with commission for their performance and contribution
