We’re Hiring: Female Support Worker
Location: Penrith Job Type: Casual

Strive to Achieve Support is currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated female support worker to join our growing team. We are a person-centred NDIS provider committed to empowering individuals with disability to live their best lives.

About the Role:
As a support worker, you will provide one-on-one assistance to NDIS participants in their daily activities, helping them build independence, confidence, and connection with their community.

Duties May Include:

  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Supporting with daily living tasks (cooking, cleaning, appointments)
  • Providing community access and transport
  • Encouraging social interaction and recreational activities
  • Implementing and documenting support plans

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and respectful approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in disability or aged care support (preferred but not essential)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • COVID-19 vaccination (in line with current guidelines)
