About the Role

• Provide personal care, daily living support, and community access

• Encourage independence and assist with personal goals

• Use de-escalation techniques when required

• Work closely with families & the Oyster Care team

What We're Looking For

• Caring, reliable, and proactive attitude

• Strong communication & documentation skills

• Trained or experienced in PEG feeding, medication management, and manual handling

• Experience in Support Work or related fields (preferred)

• Certificate III/IV in a relevant field (preferred but not required)

• Reliable, insured vehicle and willingness to travel across Penrith
