Build a reliable and rewarding hospitality career as a Part-Time Kitchen Hand at Air HQ Glenbrook and the Defence Establishment Orchard Hills. This role is a key support function within the catering team and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and being part of a team that delivers meaningful outcomes every day.

The Position:
• Casual Kitchen Hand role with flexible shifts
• Assist with basic food preparation, including vegetables, salads, and mise en place
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen, dining, and servery areas
• Support food safety practices, including cleaning, waste management, and stock rotation

The Person:
• Previous hospitality or cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
