About the Role: The role offers flexibility with the roster and is open to negotiation for the right candidate. Otherwise, the successful applicant will work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including open, close, and middle shifts.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated educator who is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
Ideally, you will have:
<ul> <li>At least 1 year of experience in a similar role</li> <li>
Experience as an Educational Leader or the capability to step into the role</li> <li>A strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current industry practices
</li> <li>The ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues</li> <li>Strong experience and knowledge in supporting additional needs and managing challenging behaviours</li> <li>The ability to embed safe practices, demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, and show a track record of improvement.

</ul>

Essential Requirements:
<ul> <li>Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)</li> <li>
NESA Accreditation (or working towards)</li> <li>Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
</li> <li>First Aid, CPR, Asthma &amp; Anaphylaxis certification</li> <li>Strong communication and leadership skills</li>
</ul>

ABOUT YOU 
<ul>
<li>Enthusiastic, engaging approach to childcare with strong relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>You have completed, are studying, or are willing to study a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Valid Working with Children Check / Blue Card / Ochre Card (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Valid National Child Safety Training (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates (or willingness to obtain).</li>
<li>Availability between 6:30 am-9:00 am &amp; 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday.</li>
