 Rotating Shifts:
 <ul>
 <li>Day: 6:00am - 2:00pm</li>
 <li>Afternoon: 2:00pm - 10:00pm</li>
 <li>Night: 10:00pm - 6:00am</li>
 </ul>
 About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for safely performing manufacturing functions within our extrusion facility, ensuring that quality control measures are met consistently.
 
 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
 <ul>
 <li>Operate equipment and perform tasks in line with site Work Instructions / Safe Operating Procedures</li>
 <li>Ensure product quality and packaging standards are maintained and comply with delivery targets</li>
 <li>Participate in training to become a multi-skilled team member</li>
 <li>Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives</li>
 <li>Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&amp;E)</li>
 </ul>
 ESSENTIAL
 <ul>
 <li>Understanding of basic safety principles</li>
 <li>Ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of activity across all shifts</li>
 <li>Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment</li>
 <li>Basic understanding of quality principles</li>
 </ul>
 DESIRABLE
 <ul>
 <li>Previous experience in a manufacturing environment</li>
 <li>Experience with automated machinery</li>
 <li>Ability to identify problems and resolve or contribute to resolution thereof</li>
 <li>Forklift licence</li>
 <li>Experience and knowledge of material handling</li>
 <li>Basic computer literacy skills</li>
 </ul>
