Due to rapid growth we are looking for an experienced, well-presented, energetic B2B New Business Development to join our growing team, to focus on the growth in NSW. 
About the role: 
This role is a unique opportunity suitable for a senior and experience individual, with the background in sales and/or business development management, with a competitive salary package.
The role will be focused on creating new business relationship and building relationships with clients by face-to-face cold calling and follow up.
You will need to develop a portfolio of clients and be able to maintain a professional service for them at all times.
The role includes whatever you need to do the job, including a fully maintained company vehicle + fuel card + phone + tablet + e-tag. 
Duties &amp; Responsibilities
Your role is to meet and sell our offering face-to-face to builders throughout NSW
Specific responsibilities include:
<ul>
<li>Creating new business in across the whole NSW suburbs and building new relationships with clients</li>
<li>Prepare professional and accurate proposals</li>
<li>Negotiate and close submitted quotes</li>
<li>Work autonomously with a strong focus on follow ups</li>
<li>Resilient toward rejection</li>
</ul>
Skills &amp; Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Garage door industry background is an advantage</li>
<li>Prior experience with cold calling, business development or sales positions, preferably in a similar industry or in the construction industry</li>
<li>General understanding of sub-contract agreements</li>
<li>Current and valid drivers Licence </li>
<li>Background in Construction and the ability to read construction drawings and contracts </li>
<li>Excellent time management and can work autonomously </li>
<li>Comfortable negotiating and able to easily build rapport </li>
