About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Design & Sales Consultant to join the team at Beaumont Tiles Penrith. As a Design & Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and design expertise to help our clients create their dream spaces. This is a full-time (or 4 day part-time for the right person) position based in our Penrith showroom, Saturday work is a must.

What you'll be doing

Engage with customers to understand their design requirements and preferences
Provide expert advice on tile, stone and other flooring and wall covering products
Assist customers in selecting the perfect products to suit their style and budget
Develop detailed design plans and visualisations to bring customer ideas to life
Manage the ordering, delivery and installation process for customer projects
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
Collaborate with the wider team to support the growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales or design consultant role within the home improvement or home furnishings industry
Strong product knowledge of tiles, natural stone, and other flooring and wall covering materials
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, understand and translate customer needs
Proficiency in design and the ability to create visually appealing design plans
A demonstrated track record of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
A creative eye and passion for interior design and home improvement
