We are looking for either an existing Property Manager or an existing Assistant Property Manager looking to step up!
We do Property Management different at Property Central. Your team of energetic assistants will look after the majority of tasks that suck the time and energy away from the Property Manager, allowing you the time to focus on Client relationships and problem solving.

About the RoleThis position is suited to a confident and experienced Property Manager looking for a better and more rewarding way of doing the job, or a current Property Management assistant with the experience and hunger to step up to the plate and become the Property Manager.
Tasks you will be responsible for:Landlord Relations – maintain consistently strong verbal and written communication with our owners.
Manage complex property management issues with confidence and professionalism.
Day-to-Day Operations – coordinate and manage the portfolio with professionalism
Exit Inspections & Finalisations – conduct efficient and thorough exit processes.
Initial Maintenance Coordination – contact owners and issue work orders for reported maintenance.
NCAT Preparation & Attendance – represent and support clients where required.
Rent & Invoice Arrears Management – using mostly automated systems.
Tasks your Assistant PM’s, New Business and Accounts Team will be responsible for:
Freeing you up to Manage your portfolio effectively.Leasing
Entry Inspections
Routine Inspections
Maintenance follow up
Accounts - Mid Month & End of Month
Lease renewals and rent reviews
Bill entry
Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager or Property Manager Assistant.
A NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A resilient, self-motivated attitude and strong work ethic
