Expression of Interest (EOI): Inclusive Employment Australia Roles at Breakthru- Career Coaches | Partnership Coaches | Partnership Specialists 

Breakthru is seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate, committed people who want to lead the way in inclusive employment across Australia. As part of our growing involvement with Inclusive Employment Australia, we are building a team of skilled professionals dedicated to creating meaningful, sustainable opportunities for people of all abilities.

We’re excited to be participating in the Inclusive Employment Australia event in Penrith, where we’ll be meeting jobseekers interested in meaningful career opportunities within our organisation.

Available Opportunities:

Career Coaches Support clients through personalised coaching, career planning, job readiness and long-term vocational support. Actively markets and engages their clients with local employers to secure sustainable career opportunities.
Partnership Coaches Engage directly with employers and community partners to build and strengthen inclusive employment pathways. Provides on the job support mentoring clients whilst in employment.
Partnership Specialists Develop and manage strategic partnerships with employers, industries and networks to influence systems and create opportunities.

Essential Criteria To be successful in these roles, you will have:

• A current driver’s licence
• Experience in employment services and/or supporting people with disability, injury or a health condition
• Ability to meet KPI expectations while maintaining quality, person‑centred service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong relationship-building skills with participants, employers and community stakeholders
• A commitment to empowering people to achieve their employment goals
• Passion for inclusion, diversity and social impact
• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team
